Terms of Service

The Reset Club is operated by Parkbench13 Corp.. The Reset Club is the brand you see; Parkbench13 Corp. is the company behind it, and the company you are buying from. Parkbench13 Corp. may appear as the merchant on your receipt or card statement.

These terms apply to joinresetclub.com and to the product you access there.

By creating an account, buying the product, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

You need to be at least 18 to use The Reset Club. You're responsible for the accuracy of the email address you sign up with and for keeping access to your account secure. If you sign in with Google or Apple, that provider handles the sign-in itself.

Open item: 18 is our stated minimum for launch. Some countries set a different threshold for entering a contract or for consenting to data processing, so this figure may need to change once launch markets are confirmed.

Get Your Life Together — The 90-Day Reset — is a self-guided programme you work through one day at a time. It asks you questions, gives you something to do, and keeps what you decide so it can bring it back to you later. It moves forward when you complete a day, not on a calendar, so you can't fall behind it.

It's a personal organisation and reflection product. It's not a course with an instructor, not a coaching service, and not a community you join.

Get Your Life Together touches on ordinary parts of life — routines, home, work, relationships, sleep, money, habits and priorities — and it invites you to reflect on them. It is general self-guided material, not personalised professional advice.

It is not a substitute for, and should not be used in place of:

• —medical advice, diagnosis or treatment
• —mental-health diagnosis, therapy or treatment
• —psychological or psychiatric care
• —financial, tax or investment advice
• —legal advice
• —any other licensed professional service

We don't diagnose or assess you, and nothing the product shows you is a clinical or financial opinion. If something in your health, mind or finances needs proper attention, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or at risk, contact your local emergency service.

Get Your Life Together is a one-time purchase of $49 USD. It is not a subscription and not a membership. There is no recurring charge, no renewal, and nothing further to buy at Day 91.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Parkbench13 Corp. does not receive or store your full card number. Taxes, if any apply to your purchase, are handled at checkout.

Once your payment is confirmed, your account is given access to the full 90-day programme. After Day 90 you keep access to what you built — your Reset Three, your Reset Systems, your Journey and your writing — for as long as your account exists and the service is offered.

If your purchase is refunded, paid access is withdrawn. Your account and what you wrote are not deleted by a refund — deleting your account is a separate thing you choose to do.

Everything you write in the product — responses, reflections, your Reset Three, your Reset Systems — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it.

You give Parkbench13 Corp. only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your writing, process it, show it back to you inside your own account, keep it secure, back it up and maintain the product.

We do not have permission to publish, quote, share, sell or use your private writing for marketing. If we ever want to quote a customer, we will ask that customer first and separately.

Please don't:

• —share, resell or republish the programme content
• —share your account so other people use a single purchase
• —try to break, probe or overload the service, or get at other people's data
• —use the service for anything unlawful
• —scrape or copy the curriculum in bulk

The programme, its writing, structure, design, brand and software belong to Parkbench13 Corp.. Your purchase buys you personal access to use it — not a licence to copy or redistribute it.

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, for any reason, with no conditions to satisfy. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.

You can delete your account and your personal Reset data at any time from your account settings. That deletion is permanent and it is not reversible. What happens to each kind of data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms, or where we're required to. If we close a paid account without cause inside the refund window, we'll refund it.

We work to keep the service up, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, updates and third-party outages happen. We may change, improve or reorganise parts of the product over time; we won't remove paid access to the programme you bought without offering a refund where that's fair.

The service is provided as it is. We can't promise a particular outcome in your life, and results depend on you and your circumstances. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where those rights can't be excluded.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. If a change materially affects what you bought, we'll tell you.

Open item: the governing law and the place where disputes would be handled have not been chosen yet, so no jurisdiction is stated here. Parkbench13 Corp. will set this before wide commercial launch, and it may depend on where the company is incorporated and where customers are. Until then, nothing in this section limits the consumer-law rights you already have where you live.
