The policy
If The Reset isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund your purchase.
Get Your Life Together is a one-time purchase of $49 USD. There's no subscription to cancel.
What we don't ask for
You don't need a reason, and there's nothing to prove. We won't ask you to:
- complete a minimum number of days
- show that you tried hard enough
- send screenshots
- fill in a questionnaire
- justify your decision
The only thing we may ask for is what we need to find your purchase — the email address you bought with, and the approximate date.
How to request one
Open Help & feedback in the app, choose “I have feedback”, and write that you'd like a refund. That form goes straight to us. You can reach it from your account settings too. If you can't get into the app at all, email support@joinresetclub.com instead — either route is fine.
We'll process the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. How quickly it appears is up to your bank or card issuer, usually a few business days.
What happens after a refund
Once the refund goes through, your paid access to the 90-day programme is withdrawn.
A refund does not delete your account, and it does not delete what you wrote. Your history stays as it is. Deleting your account is a separate thing you can choose to do, from your account settings, at any time.
After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window we don't offer refunds as a matter of policy, but if something went genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, or the product didn't work for you and you couldn't get help — tell us anyway. We'd rather hear it.
None of this limits refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer law where you live.
Who issues the refund
Refunds are issued by Parkbench13 Corp., the company that operates The Reset Club, through Stripe. Parkbench13 Corp. is the name that may appear on your receipt or card statement.
